At TLM Jewels, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and on time, whether you are in Pakistan or anywhere across the globe. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We offer flat rate shipping across Pakistan at PKR 250 per order, regardless of order size or location.

International Shipping

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page or by contacting us directly.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Customs processing for international orders
Postal service delays
Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
Public holidays in the destination country

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 325 7086435 and we will work with our shipping partners to locate your order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. TLM Jewels is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions, when active, will be clearly announced on our website and at checkout. Please note that any free shipping offer is subject to availability and may be paused due to operational reasons.
