How long does delivery take within Pakistan?

Orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship to Pakistan, UK, UAE, USA, Australia, Canada, and many other countries. International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination.

What is the shipping cost within Pakistan?

We charge a flat rate of PKR 250 for shipping anywhere in Pakistan, regardless of order size or location. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

How much is international shipping?

Will I have to pay customs duties on international orders?

Yes, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page or contact us for help.

Do you ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf countries?

Yes, we ship to all GCC countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We'll work with our shipping partners to locate your order and resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 325 7086435 within 10 days of delivery. Share your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item arrives damaged or is incorrect, TLM Jewels will cover the return shipping and offer a free replacement or full refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, or as per agreement).

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp. Once the order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. You'll also receive updates via WhatsApp or email when your order is dispatched.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order jewelry?

Currently, we only offer ready-to-ship items from our existing collection. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not available at this time.

How do I know my ring or bangle size?

For most rings and bangles, sizes are mentioned in the product description. If you're unsure about your size, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you through measuring at home.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking new: avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.

Do you offer gift packaging?

All our jewelry comes in quality packaging suitable for gifting. While we don't offer specialty gift boxes at the moment, your order will be packaged with care and ready to present.
